1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A business is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession when entering into a legal transaction.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form.
4. Delivery Terms
Free shipping from €75.00
Delivery by shipping only, no pickup option
No delivery to parcel lockers
5. Payment
Prepayment (delivery after receipt of payment)
Credit card (charged immediately after order)
SEPA direct debit (charged before shipping, pre-notification at least 1 banking business day in advance)
PayPal / PayPal Express
Invoice (payment within 14 days, subject to credit check)
All prices are final prices. Where legally required, they include the applicable VAT of the delivery country.
Where legally required, the VAT applicable in the respective delivery country is remitted by an appointed third party under the Import One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) procedure.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. Additional guarantees are indicated on a product-specific basis.
7. Shipping, Refunds, and Vouchers
Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of a voucher.
A refund to the originally selected payment method is excluded.
The voucher is valid indefinitely and redeemable on all products; cash payout is not possible.
Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Hair styling products that cannot be hygienically reprocessed after use.
- Oils and other liquid care products that have been opened or used.
Important Note:
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to unopened, factory-sealed products.
For returned products that have been opened or used, we will instead issue a voucher for the value of the goods.
We appreciate your understanding that we are required to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
8. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
